I love the eggplant parm pizza and the baked ziti pizza.

Love the crust and the variety of toppings.We absolutely enjoyed the Brick Oven the other night. Finally someone local that is serving a good pie at a reasonable price. That being said the food was great but the service was lacking. The search has finally stopped as The Brick Oven gets it right every time. Customers tend to walk passed the hostess station and stand over you confused. Being in Florida, we had to plan and book ahead. The menu is varied and it also saves on paying for service.

This place leaves the forge, and the forge ,and Chicago  in the rear view mirror.

Sauce is fresher and more ingredients on our pizza now.we just checked the brick oven and can recommend this place highly . There are two sides to the restaurant, the sit down with service and the taken out/order yourself side.
