The bird feeder was a nice touch near the front office and of course the pool would be available 24/7 in warmer weather though the hot tub could have been enticing even in the cold. Outrageous cabins was too good to be true from the beginning.

There is 1 small firepower and another large lit nightly which are great places to wind down and participate in the free marshmallow roast by the river. They said they charged it to my credit card that they had on file.... from over a year ago! I think we have found our new favorite in Pigeon Forge.

There was a nice size flat screen TV, coffee pot, and mini-fridge, two queen size beds one decorated with an elephant made from towels. You can hear people walking the floors at all hours of the night, the maid staff is incredibly loud in the morning regardless of "do not disturb" signs, so there is NO sleeping in. The highlight was the upgrade of the bathroom. We love the fact that the hotel is very family oriented, and has lots of little extra amenities that other Hotels do not. Super clean, nice rooms!

The free included breakfast at the restaurant across the street was a pleasant surprise.
