Even more, we send our special Thanks to Alex from house keeping who took additional step in gifting us snacks and drinks to my 3year old (whom she met at the pool) so she could potato couch at the safety of our room. The downside of the hotel room is that the iron board is very dusty and the boiler seems kinda old, I would suggest to replace a new one instead. We used it in the afternoons when there were fewer young kiddies around. With social distancing rule in place, Festive was well organized and maintained its highest standards of ensuring guests were receiving tip top service.

Pool very nice. The Deluxe Family King room comes complete with a sofa bed and a loft bed to comfortably accommodate a family of four. We thank you for choosing to stay with us and more so remembering us, and hope to see you soon as its been a while since we hosted you. Besides not having seats for guests to rest at the lobby and the remote control which did not work (had to manually turn on the television), everything else was satisfactory for me. Getting to the food area and attraction spots were also easy. Since 2010, it has been hosting guests in Singapore. I forgot his name but he was at the concierge desk. We stayed in the Family Deluxe Room which is very spacious and comfortable!
