My kids really enjoyed the kids club, and they had a blast performing in the circus show at the end of the cruise. We then went on our own to the room.When we first walked in we noticed 2 things. The space to move about the room is extremely limited. Over the next couple of days, the spot got larger and larger and finally the whole carpet was wet and they found a leak and the mold under the tub enclosure. It is one of NCLs biggest and after so many cruises on smaller ships I was a bit apprehensive.

That was clearly a case where a Haven guest was trying to bring a non-Haven guest into the Haven … Not too many delays because this port seems to be active and organized.Our concierge escorted us to the Haven where we were seated in the lounge and given about a 20 minute tour of the Haven advantages. Now little did I know just how uber kool these elevators are. Cabin is spacious and well appointed. It looked just amazing – but was it?

It is great being able to call him/her for lunch orders when you are up on the private adults only POSH sun deckAlso the massive jetted tub (if you like that sort of thing) is a feature of this haven spa suite.But the one thing that makes this suite a star is the massive deck that has space for two lounge chairs as well as two standard chairs.We had our butler bring us Haven covers for the chairs to make them even more comfortable and we did spend quite a bit of time here after we had had enough sun up on POSH. Oh I am so in love with POSH. The food was ridiculous. Then from day one, the TV would not work, it kept shutting off not allowing us to use the new Aliance system that you can schedule dinners, excursions, etc. Nice job and very accurate. Other than the crazy loud pool area everything was well beyond my wildest dreams. NOTE: They wanted us to leave the room for 4 hours while they could dry it? Didn't even help us move our stuff.In the end, the Hotel Director gave us $500 credit on our bill and apologized. Then shoot all the way up to the Haven floor)!When it comes to the smaller venue you do not get an escort but you do have a separate Haven / Suite line but this can be confusing.
