The staff in the office is extremely rude and offers no help or extra assistance in solving actual issues. This place is for you! The utilities are separate with a different company they deal with in house so you really don't know what your paying. These apartments were painted and they bandaided the leaks, the tubs, the AC units that leak, the rusty broken stairs and uneven floors yet they consider themselves fine luxury living. wtf. He was attentive, friendly and very detail oriented.…"The property looks great & the apartment remodeling is beautiful. Whats funny is I know someone who lives 4 blocks away in a great house, but this is an atrocious complex. When the police showed up to serve the eviction notice they arrested at least 15 people in the apartment on drug charges and/or outstanding warrants.
i stayed there one night and moved in with my boyfriend for the rest of the time i was on that lease. I sent a letter asking for an explanation of the charges and have not heard back from anyone. We were told by staff there was rarely any crime on site before we rented - for the past 2 weeks there have been at least 4-5 police cars in the parking lot most nights. The day I moved in the water heater had to be replaced.
