My only downfall was no free wifi ($10/day), even for Starwood Preferred Members. This is the storied epicenter of single life in Scottsdale since 2008. It is definitely a place to see and be seen. So 3 devices was ok for me but since my partner was traveling with me (he also had a laptop and cell phone) that we went over the max allowed. I was really looking forward to enjoying some pool time the day before my meetings but read that the hotel hosts large pool parties that cater to non-hotel guests.

As a local patron an avid w fan , I talked up the W quite well. I will give them credit though for the shower which I thought was amazing. Above the urinals, there are tv screens showing what looks like porn stars making sexual faces.

WET is the week-end pool party held on the second floor of the Starwood's W Hotel, Scottsdale.
