The staff in reception were fantastic and immediately put us at ease and agreed we could leave We followed instructions car was scanned which thought great so professional. Whilst the situation was managed and the key eventually found through opening all of the drawers there was little in the way of assurance. It is an open air car park. Just beware of adding too many optional extras in that in reality should be part of the service anyway..All went well. Easy.The meet and greet at Manchester has reduced its service .We had to wander around the green park to find the car, last time it was waiting for us in the reception.Everything went well, check in was 15 seconds (no queues) pickup even less. Despite this tired we jumped in the car for the next leg of our journey. So off we go.


On our eventual return the car was ready and waiting . Then you're in another queue to park your car in a lane. In short I was told they were not expecting me and did not have my key and could not find my car .

My only suggestion is that if the seat settings are going to be changed, then perhaps they could be returned to the original setting so that we can get in our car, make the usual quick checks and then drive off, rather than having to change seat height, move it back/forwards and adjust the seat back and steering wheel, in effect making changes that we might never have needed to make before.

The location of the parking however, is good as it is so close to the check-in.My only issue was the poor signage to exit area A red as the nearest exit was coned off and I followed another customer who also struggled to find itThe arrival in Terminal 2 at Manchester threw us a little as we realised we had to get to Terminal 1.
