The librarians are so rude and unpleasant. Overall a nice place if you need to study or browse for books/CDs.I usually try not to leave bad reviews on things, but this has happened too many times for me not to say anything. It is in desperate need of an update but if it were to get worked on, there would be a ton of people who would get displaced from a local hideaway.This library is fantastic. It's been very quiet so far (middle of the day on a weekday) but as others have noted it is absolutely freezing! The also have a computer lab. There's someone at the door, which is okay, yet in recent I've seen officers inside.I was just at the library and the system is down. But for individuals and children is great.

Seriously debating not going here anymore.I'm pretty pissed that the Torrance libraries charge hold fees of $0.75 per book. It costs about 15 cents a page to print, 50 cents for color copies. This is a pretty good library right near Torrance City Hall.

I had to go back to the library and I had to physically go look for the book. You went above and beyond to assist my son with his printing questions.Nice large library.
