Things are going well. Never felt scared living on my own there! I GET SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON HOW PRETTY IT IS. Comprised of gorgeous studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes and bursting with amenities throughout the community, Groves South Lamar is the ultimate living destination. I have only been here a few days so could not say I really have any complaints.

I would recommend it for the amenities, but the rent is overpriced compared to other complexes near us.

The pool area is awesome and the view from the roof top while the barbecue is lovely. The property was completed in 2018 and consists of 307 apartment units and 3 commercial spaces in a 5-story building over 2 levels of parking. Check.
